End of Year Pool Party RSVP

Come celebrate the end of elementary school together at the annual 5th Grade Pool Party!
This form allows you to RSVP your 5th grader's attendance to the 5th-grade end of year party. If you previously RSVP'ed when purchasing a towel, you do not need to RSVP again.
Check In @12:00 - All students must check in at the front gate of the pool house.
Check Out @ 2:00- Students will not be able to leave the gated area unless checked out by an adult.
Note: A liability waiver must be signed for your child to attend the party. More information will be sent after you RSVP.
