WCE PTA Annual Meeting Schedule

2026-2027

Per WCE PTA Bylaws, General Membership meetings are to be held in the following months: August, October, December, January, March, and May. Ideally, the Executive Board will convene monthly ahead of the General Membership meeting. Executive Board Meetings are for Executive Board only, but may occasionally invite guests to attend depending on what events or business is being conducted. 

General Meetings are held in the WCE Cafeteria. Executive Board Meetings are held in the WCE Science Room, or another designated location.
