This deadline is firm - NO EXCEPTIONS! Pool Party RSVPs may stay open longer, but all towels must be purchased by April 10th
Come celebrate the end of elementary school together at the annual 5th Grade Pool Party!
This form allows you to RSVP your 5th grader's attendance to the 5th-grade end of year party and/or option to also purchase a beach towel that includes the KHS mascot and your child's first name monogrammed on the towel. Your child does not need to attend the pool party to purchase a towel.
Check In @12:00 - All students must check in at the front gate of the pool house.
Check Out @ 2:00- Students will not be able to leave the gated area unless checked out by an adult.
Note: A liability waiver must be signed for your child to attend the party. More information will be sent after you RSVP.
Don't forget to enter the name (first name only) you would like used for the monogram towel in the drop-down box that will appear once you select a quantity! If left blank, your child's first name that they are registered at school will be used.
